How I Feel About HTML Code

It's funny having two classes that are polar opposites of each other. I love my art class. I actually look forward to showing up there after work and covering myself with chalk and charcoal. I'm learning a lot about shading and values. We've been working on drawing draped cloth. It may sound pretty boring but seeing all the different outcomes of the same material is amazing.

But my Web Page Design class is not quite as enjoyable. We're currently learning HTML code.

At first my understanding of HTML was pretty primitive

Then I started putting meaning to the codes...

But just when I thought I was making some headway, trouble struck.....

And I started to feel a lot like this...

Somehow, I was able to put things back into perspective...

I just hope after all this work, I don't end up like this guy

  2. The draped cloth drawing is really cool. Well done.
I'm with you on HTML. I tried to take an online course and made it two weeks before just being bored out of my mind. Good luck to you.

  3. Thank God for people like you. People like me will make you a millionaire. I know nothing about HTML or anything to do with computer languages so I have to pay other smart people to help me.

  4. Good on you for bothering with the technical stuff. It may not make art rewarding, but it makes it practical- awful handy if you want to make a living at it.

  8. HAHAHAHAHAHA!Those cat pics are so funny, Lil Dreamer. I've got a cat that has that stupid expression on his face all day long. His name is Mongo but he thinks he's Batman: 'Check out my pointy ears! Check out my pointy ears!' Anyway, I've learned something today: where, I quote, tits start and where they end. Thank you for solving that problem. I love your drawings. Sheets and hands are tough. That's why I always draw my hands um... under the sheets ;)

P.S. Please ignore that final sentence.

  9. I always knew HTML stood for something else. And I'm proficient.

  10. I love your art work! I have zero artistic ability, so I'm always a bit envious of those who possess it like you. =)

I was trucking right along in my programming class up until they introduced the if then else statement...that took me awhile to comprehend....
